This squishmallows holiday list puts the Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar first for shoppers who want a festive countdown rather than one large plush. The Squish-a-longs 24-mini Advent Calendar is another standout for collectors who prefer tiny figures, while the Holiday 4-Pack gives beginners several characters in one set. The main tradeoff is between a multi-day surprise, a bundle of smaller plush, and a single larger character gift. I also found a range of character-specific choices, including Marshall, Buddy the Elf, and Fleur the Yule Log. Read on for the full breakdown and help matching a pick to your recipient.

Key Takeaways
- The Micromallows Advent Calendar leads for a holiday countdown: it offers 24 days of reveals, while the 14-inch Holiday Fox is the better fit for someone who wants one larger plush.
- The two calendars serve different collecting styles: Micromallows are plush, while the Squish-a-longs calendar centers on 24 mini-squish figures.
- The Holiday 4-Pack favors variety over a single character: it makes a sensible starting point for a recipient who has not settled on one favorite.
- Character and size can matter more than the holiday theme: Marshall, Buddy the Elf, Fleur, and the Fox give shoppers distinct character-led choices.
- The supplied lineup repeats the Micromallows Advent Calendar: it contains eight distinct product titles, not nine distinct options, so the duplicate should not be treated as another pick.

Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar stands out for its collection of 24 tiny but adorable 2.5-inch Micromallows, which are perfect for fans who love holiday-themed collectibles. Compared to larger plush options, these smaller Micromallows offer a fun, interactive way to count down to Christmas, making them ideal for kids or collectors who enjoy daily surprises. However, their small size means they lack the cuddly comfort of full-sized plushes. The inclusion of iconic characters like Brooke the Polar Bear and Manny the Snowman adds festive charm, but the compact size could be a drawback for those seeking a more substantial plush gift. This pick is best suited for holiday decor or gift exchanges rather than as a primary plush for cuddling.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed Micromallows, perfect for daily surprises
- Tiny size makes it easy to display or hide around the house
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic design
Cons:- Small size limits cuddling and long-term play
- Limited to seasonal use, not a year-round plush
Best for: Families or collectors who want a festive, interactive countdown with small plush figures.
Not ideal for: Young children who prefer larger, squeezable plush toys or for those seeking long-lasting cuddles.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Quantity:24 pieces
- Theme:Holiday
- Material:Plush
- Official:Yes
- Character Variety:Multiple iconic characters
Our verdict“Ideal for holiday countdown fans who enjoy small, collectible plushies with a festive twist.”
Squishmallows Amazon Exclusive Holiday Fox 14” Plush
This 14-inch holiday fox makes a standout gift for anyone who prefers a softer, larger plush that can be cuddled for hours. Compared to the tiny Micromallows, this plush offers more huggability and a plushier feel, making it ideal for kids or adults who want a holiday-themed companion. Its ultrasoft material and detailed design elevate the plush’s appeal, but its size may be too bulky for small spaces or travel. The exclusive Amazon availability means it’s a great pick for shoppers seeking a special, limited-edition gift. While it provides more comfort than tiny collectibles, it lacks the portability of smaller plushes. This plush is best suited for those seeking a substantial holiday cuddle buddy that can be displayed or hugged all season long.
Pros:- Large 14-inch size offers excellent cuddling potential
- Ultrasoft, high-quality material for a plush, cozy feel
- Exclusive Amazon release adds a unique touch
Cons:- Size may be cumbersome for small spaces or travel
- Higher price point compared to smaller plush options
Best for: Gift buyers looking for a sizable, plush holiday figure that offers long-lasting comfort.
Not ideal for: Travelers or those with limited space who need a more compact plush for on-the-go use.
- Size:14 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Theme:Holiday
- Availability:Amazon exclusive
- Character:Fox
- Official:Yes
Our verdict“This plush makes a perfect holiday gift for comfort-seekers who want a larger, cuddly companion.”
Squish-a-longs Holiday 2026 Advent Calendar – Includes 24 Mini-Squish
The Squish-a-longs Advent Calendar offers a unique twist with 24 tiny 1-inch plastic collectibles, making it perfect for those who want holiday cheer on the go. Unlike the Micromallows, these are durable plastic figures that can be attached to rings for portability, suiting kids or collectors who enjoy trading and displaying miniatures. Its extensive collection of over 140 styles provides endless options for trading or personalizing your Squish Squad. However, the small size means it’s not suitable for cuddling or as a main plush, and some may find the plastic material less appealing for snuggling. Compared with larger plush options, this calendar excels in portability and collectibility, but sacrifices softness and plush comfort. It’s best for active kids or collectors who love miniatures and seasonal accessories.
Pros:- Includes 24 mini collectibles with holiday styles
- Attach to rings for on-the-go fun and display
- Huge variety of styles to collect and trade
Cons:- Plastic material offers less softness and comfort
- Small size limits use as a plush toy
Best for: Kids or collectors who want a portable, collectible holiday set with plenty of trading options.
Not ideal for: Those seeking soft, squeezable plush toys for cuddling or long-term comfort.
- Size:1 inch
- Quantity:24 pieces
- Material:Plastic
- Theme:Holiday
- Features:Ring attachment
- Collector’s Guide:Yes
Our verdict“A great choice for mini-collectors and active kids who enjoy portable holiday figures and trading fun.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This second Micromallows advent calendar offers a similar festive experience as the first but features different characters like Benny the Bigfoot and Cam the Cat. It appeals to those who enjoy tiny plush collectibles that serve as holiday decorations or stocking stuffers, rather than cuddly companions. The 2.5-inch size means they are more suited for display or collection than for hugging. Compared to larger plush options like the 14-inch Fox, these Micromallows are less cuddly but more versatile for holiday decor. The main tradeoff is their limited tactile appeal, which makes them less suitable for children who prefer soft plush for cuddling. This calendar is best for collectors or holiday decorators who want a compact, themed set of tiny plush characters.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday Micromallows in tiny size
- Great for decorating or gift exchanges
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic design
Cons:- Limited cuddling potential due to tiny size
- Similar to the first Micromallows calendar, but character variety differs
Best for: Collectors or decorators seeking small, festive plush figures for holiday displays.
Not ideal for: Children looking for plush toys to cuddle, or buyers wanting a large plush gift.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Quantity:24 pieces
- Theme:Holiday
- Official:Yes
- Characters:Multiple festive characters
- Material:Plush
Our verdict“Best suited for collectors or holiday decorators wanting small, festive plush figures rather than plush cuddles.”
Squishmallows Original Paw Patrol 10in Holiday Marshall HugMees – Ultrasoft Official Jazwares Plush (Medium-Sized)
This 10-inch HugMees plush from the Paw Patrol collection offers a balanced size for cuddling and display, making it a solid choice for fans of the show who want a plush that’s both squeezable and portable. Compared with the large Fox plush, Marshall’s HugMees is more manageable for children to carry around or hug for extended periods. Its ultrasoft material ensures a cozy feel, but the arms’ extended design can sometimes make it less stable when standing. As an officially licensed Jazwares product, it guarantees quality and authenticity, but the focus on a popular character limits variety for those who prefer broader themes. This plush is best for young Paw Patrol fans who want a medium-sized, huggable companion that’s easy to carry for play or bedtime.
Pros:- Ultrasoft material provides a cozy hugging experience
- Medium size is easy for kids to carry and hug
- Official Jazwares license guarantees quality
Cons:- Extended arms may be less stable when standing
- Limited to Paw Patrol theme, less variety for collectors
Best for: Parents or kids who want a recognizable, cuddly plush from Paw Patrol for everyday hugs.
Not ideal for: Collectors seeking large, display-worthy plush or those interested in seasonal-only items.
- Size:10 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Theme:Paw Patrol
- Official:Yes
- Character:Marshall
- Features:Extended arms
Our verdict“A practical, cuddly plush perfect for fans of Paw Patrol who want a medium-sized, huggable toy.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This 4-pack stands out for offering a diverse set of characters with detailed bios, making it ideal for fans who enjoy personalized stories alongside cuddly companions. Compared to the 8-inch Fleur, which emphasizes a single character with a thoughtful backstory, this pack provides variety and value for those who want multiple favorites. The plush material is ultrasoft and high-quality, ensuring long-lasting comfort. However, the smaller size might not satisfy those seeking substantial, huggable plushes; also, the included characters may not appeal to all age groups. This pick makes the most sense for collectors or families wanting a themed set of plush characters.
Pros:- Includes four distinct characters with individual bios, adding storytelling appeal
- Made with ultrasoft, high-quality material for durability and comfort
- Official product with exclusive Squishmallows characters
Cons:- Limited size at only 4 inches, which may be too small for some children
- Characters may not appeal to all age groups or preferences
Best for: Collectors and families who want a variety of character plushies with unique bios and inclusion themes.
Not ideal for: Parents seeking large, huggable plush toys for very young children, as the 4-inch size may be too small for cuddling or rough play.
- Material Type:Polyester
- Size:4 inches
- Number of Pieces:4
- Operation Mode:Manual
- Recommended Uses:Collecting, display, storytelling
- Item Dimensions:4 x 4 x 4 inches
Our verdict“This set is best for those who want a variety of themed plush characters for collecting or storytelling, rather than just cuddling.”
Squishmallows Original 8in Fleur The Yule Log with Holly – Official Jazwares Holiday Plush (Little)
This 8-inch Fleur plush excels as a decorative holiday piece with a charming backstory about staging store window displays, making it ideal for those who appreciate a plush with a narrative. Unlike the larger Buddy the Elf, which is designed primarily for cuddling, Fleur’s existential theme and unique design make her a distinctive display item. The plush’s ultrasoft material ensures comfort, but the smaller size may limit its appeal as a primary cuddly toy for kids. Additionally, her thematic design might not suit all holiday decor styles. This choice makes the most sense for collectors or families wanting a meaningful seasonal decoration.
Pros:- Unique holiday-themed design inspired by store window displays
- High-quality ultrasoft material for comfort
- Official Squishmallows product with a thoughtful backstory
Cons:- Size may be too small for active or rough play
- Thematic focus may limit versatility outside holiday decor
Best for: Holiday decorators and collectors who want a plush with a story that enhances seasonal displays.
Not ideal for: Parents looking for a large, huggable plush for active play, since Fleur is more decorative than substantial for cuddling.
- Material Type:Polyester
- Size:8 inches
- Operation Mode:Manual
- Recommended Uses:Decor, collection, display
- Item Dimensions:8 x 5 x 8.5 inches
Our verdict“Fleur is perfect for those who want a plush with a story that adds meaningful holiday ambiance rather than just a cuddly toy.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday Micromallows Plush Bouquet
The Micromallows bouquet offers a playful twist on holiday plush with tiny, detachable characters, making it ideal for gifting or adding to holiday stockings. Compared to the larger Buddy the Elf, which is more suitable for cuddling, these miniature plushes are perfect for display or creative play. The plush material remains ultrasoft and high-quality, ensuring a satisfying tactile experience. The main tradeoff is their small size—at just 2.5 inches—limiting their use as primary cuddly toys. Also, because they are tiny, they might be easily lost or damaged if not handled carefully. This product is best for collectors who enjoy miniature plushes or as holiday party favors.
Pros:- Includes three detachable Micromallows in festive characters
- Compact size makes it perfect for gifting or display
- Official Squishmallows product with holiday theme
Cons:- Very small size limits use as a cuddle toy
- Easily lost or damaged if not handled with care
Best for: Miniature plush collectors or those seeking small, portable holiday gifts or stocking stuffers.
Not ideal for: Parents or children wanting large, huggable plush toys for everyday cuddling or active play.
- Material Type:Polyester
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Pieces:3
- Operation Mode:Manual
- Recommended Uses:Display, gifting, collecting
- Item Dimensions:2.5 inches
Our verdict“This bouquet is best suited for collectors or those seeking small holiday-themed plush gifts for display or gifting.”
Squishmallows Original 12in Buddy The Elf – Official Jazwares Plush (Medium-Sized)
Standing out for its size and detailed design, the 12-inch Buddy the Elf plush serves as a nostalgic holiday companion and a cozy cuddle buddy. Unlike Fleur or the Micromallows bouquet, Buddy’s larger size makes him more suitable for active play and hugging, appealing to children and adults alike. His ultrasoft material guarantees comfort, and his detailed costume and expression capture the joyful spirit of the holiday season. The main tradeoff is that he’s a bit bulkier to store or transport compared to smaller plush options. Additionally, being licensed by Warner Brothers, he may be more appealing to fans of the movie but less versatile for those seeking more generic holiday decor. This pick is ideal for those wanting a classic, sizable holiday plush for gifting or display.
Pros:- Large 12-inch size perfect for hugging and active play
- Official Warner Brothers licensed product with detailed costume
- Ultrasoft, high-quality plush material for comfort
Cons:- Bulkier for storage or travel
- Limited versatility for non-holiday use
Best for: Families and collectors seeking a large, cuddly holiday plush with nostalgic appeal.
Not ideal for: Individuals who prefer compact, space-saving plush toys or want a plush primarily for display decoration.
- Material Type:Polyester
- Size:12 inches
- Operation Mode:Manual
- Recommended Uses:Cuddling, holiday decor, gifting
- Item Dimensions:12 x 7.5 x 11 inches
Our verdict“This plush is ideal for those wanting a sizable, nostalgic holiday companion for cuddling and display.”
How We Picked
I compared the options by the kind of holiday gift they provide: a multi-day countdown, a group of smaller collectibles, a character plush, or a themed display-style pick. I also weighed the listed size and quantity, since a 14-inch single plush offers a different kind of gift from a 24-count calendar or a four-pack. Those differences matter more to a buyer than treating every holiday design as interchangeable.
The ranking favors versatility and a clear seasonal use first, then separates the remaining picks by recipient and format. The Micromallows calendar ranks highest as a holiday countdown; the 24-piece Squish-a-longs calendar and four-pack follow for collectors and variety-seekers. Larger single plush, including the Holiday Fox and Buddy the Elf, suit buyers prioritizing a more prominent character gift, while Marshall and Fleur serve narrower character or theme preferences. The provided lineup repeats the Micromallows calendar title, so I count it as one distinct option rather than inventing a difference between duplicate entries.

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
Before choosing from this holiday lineup, decide what the gift needs to do. A countdown, a first set, a character-focused present, and a seasonal display piece can all be good choices, but they solve different gifting needs.
Choose Between a Countdown and a Single Gift
A calendar spreads the gift across multiple days, so it suits recipients who enjoy repeated surprises more than one unwrapped plush. A single character is simpler to give and may feel more personal when you already know the recipient’s favorite. Avoid choosing a countdown only because it contains many pieces; the smaller format may not suit someone who mainly wants a cuddly, larger plush. Think about when the recipient will open it, too: a seasonal countdown has a more specific use window than a character plush they can keep out year-round. If you are unsure, a multi-plush set offers variety without requiring a daily reveal routine.
Match the Size to the Gift’s Job
Size changes how a plush functions as a gift: a larger one can read as the main present, while minis are easier to collect or give as small surprises. The listed 14-inch Fox and 12-inch Buddy the Elf are more substantial single-plush choices than the 8-inch Fleur. Do not assume that the largest option is automatically the best fit; a recipient with limited display or storage space may prefer a smaller plush. For a group gift, several compact characters may be more useful than one large one. Check the listed dimensions against the recipient’s space and the role you want the gift to play.
Decide Whether Character Recognition Matters
Character-led designs work best when you know the recipient recognizes or likes the character. Marshall and Buddy the Elf are more targeted picks than a general holiday plush, so they can feel especially personal to fans but less meaningful to someone unfamiliar with them. A holiday animal or themed design may be a safer choice when preferences are unclear. One common mistake is choosing a licensed character based on the theme alone without checking whether the recipient has any attachment to it. If character recognition is uncertain, favor a format that provides several designs or a broader seasonal look.
Compare Quantity Without Ignoring Scale
Counts can make calendars and multipacks seem like obvious value picks, but quantity is only useful when the recipient wants several small items. The 24-piece Squish-a-longs calendar and 24-day Micromallows calendar both provide repeated reveals, yet they are different product formats and should not be treated as equivalent. A four-pack gives several plush in one gift, while a single larger plush keeps the focus on one character. Consider whether the recipient collects miniatures, prefers plush, or wants one standout present. Choosing by count alone can leave you with a larger assortment than the recipient has room or interest for.
Think About Display and Seasonal Use
Some holiday designs may appeal as seasonal décor as well as soft toys, while character plush can have appeal beyond the holiday period. A themed option such as Fleur the Yule Log or the Plush Bouquet may suit someone who likes a distinct seasonal motif, but the recipient’s display habits matter. Ask whether they put holiday items away after the season or keep favorite characters visible throughout the year. A one-season theme can be a charming choice for a dedicated holiday collector and a less flexible choice for someone who prefers everyday designs. For a gift with longer-running appeal, a character or a general favorite may be a safer direction.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which option makes the best all-around holiday gift?
I would start with the Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar if the recipient enjoys holiday countdowns and small surprises. It has a clearer seasonal gifting purpose than a single plush. If you do not know whether they want a calendar, the Holiday 4-Pack is a more straightforward way to give several characters at once. Choose the 14-inch Holiday Fox instead when one larger plush is the main goal. The right pick depends on whether the recipient prefers an experience, variety, or one character.
Are the two 24-count calendars interchangeable?
No: the Micromallows calendar and the Squish-a-longs calendar are different formats. The first is identified as a Micromallows plush calendar, while the second includes 24 mini-squish figures. Choose based on what the recipient collects rather than the shared 24-count framing. The supplied list repeats the Micromallows calendar title, but it does not identify a second version or variation. I would count that repeated entry as a duplicate, not as a separate choice.
Should I choose a multipack or one larger plush?
A multipack makes more sense when the recipient enjoys collecting several designs or when you want to share the gift among more than one person. A larger single plush is a better match when you know the recipient’s preferred character or want one main present. The Holiday 4-Pack offers several plush together, while the 14-inch Fox is the largest listed single plush in this group. Mini calendars add a countdown element but are not a direct substitute for a larger plush. Decide whether variety or one focal character matters more before choosing.
Which pick is safest when I do not know the recipient’s favorite character?
The Holiday 4-Pack is a reasonable starting point because it offers several plush rather than relying on one character being a perfect match. A holiday calendar can also work if the recipient enjoys collecting small items and opening surprises. I would be more cautious with Marshall or Buddy the Elf unless you know the recipient likes those characters. The Fox or Fleur may suit a general seasonal preference, but their specific designs still depend on personal taste. If you can, check what styles or sizes the recipient already collects.
Does the largest plush automatically make the best premium-style gift?
Not automatically: size can make a gift feel more substantial, but it does not tell you whether the recipient will prefer that character or use. The 14-inch Holiday Fox is the largest listed single plush, while Buddy the Elf is listed at 12 inches. A 24-day calendar may create a more extended gifting experience even though its individual plush are small. For a premium-feeling choice, match the format to the recipient’s interests rather than choosing by dimensions alone. A collector may value a set or character match more than a larger size.
Conclusion
For the best overall holiday countdown, choose the Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar. For quantity-led value, the Squish-a-longs 24-mini Advent Calendar gives collectors a full set of small figures; the Holiday 4-Pack is my best choice for beginners who want several plush without committing to a countdown. The 14-inch Holiday Fox is the best premium-style single plush by listed size, while Marshall is the character-led pick for Paw Patrol fans and Fleur suits shoppers drawn to a distinctive holiday motif. Buddy the Elf is a focused choice for Elf fans, and the Plush Bouquet adds another themed format. One note before buying: the supplied lineup repeats the Micromallows calendar, so there are eight distinct products represented here, not nine.
